Anastasia Kirke is a middle grade and tween fiction writer. She lived a significant portion of her life in a distant mountain valley between cloud-wreathed peaks, where she graduated from a school that is not nearly as cool as Hogwarts (though at times it came close). Her current travels have brought her to an island crowded with palms and limestone walls in the middle of a warm sea. A Literary Omnivore, she is a fan all things bookish and strange. Her favorite things include: cats, tea, classical music of the Romantic Era, and that feeling you get when a story gives you goosebumps.
